Pot Roast Brisket
Recipe Ingredients
Brisket joint, boned and rolled
Carrots
Swede
Parsnips
Onion
Seasoning to taste
Recipe Method
Place the joint in a casserole dish and season to taste. Cover and put in oven on a low heat for approximately 3 hours. No need to add water.
Peel and slice all vegetables and add to the casserole and cook for a further ¾ hour.
Serve with roast or boiled potatoes.
